Profile: Extremely intense and complex, warm spices with notes of vanilla, dried fruits, toffee, caramel and nuts.
Following the success of the Single Barrel 2009 – Batch No. 1, the Distillery has decided to bottle a second cask. Selected at the peak of its maturity, the sugar cane was harvested from the best plantation of the Estate. The Double Distillation method captures the Heart of the Rum which is then aged at The Domain in a new French Oak Barrel, sourced for its authentic characteristics.
