· 4cl Chamarel Spices Rum

· 2cl Falernum syrup

· 3cl Lemon juice

· Angostura bitters

· Sparkling water


Put all the ingredients except the Angostura and

sparkling water in a shaker.

Add ice and shake vigorously.

Pour in a Tiki Mug filled with crushed ice.

Top up with sparkling water and add the Angostura.
