Profile: Extremely soft and complex, sugar cane aroma is dominant at the start. Then comes notes of vanilla, baked pear, and citrus. Very long finish.
Rare and Unique, this Rum is distilled in small copper pot stills, using the same method as in Cognac. The contact with the copper and the smooth heat allow the Master Distiller to cut only the Heart of the Rum which guarantees a rich, fruity and extremely soft Rum.
